Communicomm Cable acquires part of
Sensible Technologies' Internet Business.

As of December 1, 1999, Communicomm Cable of Eatonton, GA acquired all of Sensible Technologies dial-up internet customer base in Putnam, Morgan & Greene Counties except for users in Greene County with the telephone prefix of 467 or 486.

All Customers MUST make a slight modification to their dial up connection before the end of the year.

YOUR SERVICE SHOULD NOT BE INTERRUPTED and The acquisition will not adversely affect any customers but should improve overall service in the following ways.

• For the first time, all customers will have access to technical support 24 hours a day seven days a week by calling 1-888-995-9222.
• Communicomm has just installed State of the Art digital 56K V.90 modems at their facility in Eatonton, GA.  This should mean more stable and higher speed connections for all customers.
• Everyone will keep their same email address and rates will remain @ $19.95 per month for unlimited access.
• Customers served by Communicomm cable will also have the opportunity to upgrade to lightning fast cable internet access.
• The only significant change is there will no longer be a filter for any type of content offered at this time.

Customers in 467 or 486 telephone prefixes 

Sensible Technologies will continue to provide service to Greene County customers with a telephone prefix of 467 or 486.  Communicomm Cable purchased all of our Internet customers except for 467&486 prefixes because it is a long distance call call Eatonton right now. You will continue to be a customer of Sensible Technologies.  We will continue to provide you with a Greensboro (453) access number and continue to bill you for your service.  Here is the big difference.  You will actually be served by the Communicomm server in Eatonton.  When you dial the Greensboro number your call will be forwarding to the Communicomm equipment.  This mean that you will have access to the Communicomm 24x7 technical support by calling 1-888-995-9222. The only major difference is we will no longer be able to offer any type of content filter.

SENSIBLE TECHNOLOGIES RETAINS  COMPUTER SERVICES BUSINESS

With the sale of most of the Internet business Sensible Technologies will turn its focus to expanding its computer services business which provides On-Site repairs, Business networking, Training, Computer sales and upgrades to the Lake Oconee area just as we have since 1996. Sensible Technologies is an authorized agent for Communicomm's Internet service and still offers on-site setup and training for new Internet accounts.
